New SCiPMail System

That's right! The old database is now being changed by order of O5-1, all files are now being transfered, but unfortunatly it will take some time to transfer, develop and program the new database. We were able to take a look at the message as it was sent to Class A and B personnel, take a look!

Greetings Anderson and other RAISA members,

I am requesting the immediate transfer of all "▇▇▇▇▇▇" files to Site-32's new database, which was installed on 31.12.2022. Please ensure that the transfer is completed before the database's website releases to Site-32 personnel.

Said O5-1

In addition, I am aware of the concerns raised by multiple staff members regarding the slow response time of the current database, and their frustration with the use of outdated hardware. I understand the importance of utilizing state-of-the-art technology, but budget constraints must also be considered in our decision-making process. However, I expect the database to be upgraded to a new SSD Drive, followed by a HDD drive, as soon as possible to improve its performance.

We talked with the Finance Department and did confirm that The Foundation couldn't pay for higher performance storage however, RAISA Head Information Manager, Anderson Peter Andrew, did say that the RAISA Engineers and Technicians found a way to develop a high performance storage system (even faster then current technology) and a cheaper way to do so!

Please coordinate with the Site-32 RAISA Technicians to ensure a smooth transfer and upgrade process. It is important that all files are properly migrated to the new database and that the website release to Site-32 personnel is not delayed.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Signed,
O5-1.
